COVID-19 Information For the health and safety of the public and our staff, the Hamilton County Supervisor of Elections office will be closed to the public, beginning tomorrow, March 24, 2020 until further notice. However, our office will still be staffed during normal working hours to assist you remotely or by appointment.

You may still register to vote, update their registration, or request vote-by-mail ballots online at www.HamiltonVotes.com, by email at elect@hamiltonvotes.com or by phone at 386-792- 1426. Public records requests can be made to elect@hamiltonvotes.com.

Candidates or those interested in the candidate process may reach out to us by phone or email. Information on becoming a candidate can be found on our website under Candidate Information.

Please, continue to visit our website for updates on our office hours and election information.

Our Canvassing Board meetings are still as scheduled.
